With pool season just a few weeks away, getting the tummy area back into shape after a long winter spent on the couch seems to be on everyone’s mind. I know I want to look good in that new bathing suit and I’m sure you feel the same way. Time to do something about that bit of winter fat that seems to accumulate and get those abs looking good again.

To begin with, let’s takeg a look at what the best ab exercise are and how you can get started right away. The good news is that you don’t have to join a gym. Instead you can get a good abdominal workout in you in living room by doing a series of exercises using nothing more than your body and some things you already have around the house. There is no better time than the present to get started. Before you head out to search for the perfect ab workout routine, lay down in the floor and do a few sets of crunches. Then come up with an ab routine and do it at least 4 times a week. You’ll see a huge difference in a matter of weeks or even days. Your stomach will start to flatten, your clothes are fitting better and you’ll feel great about showing off that new bathing suit.
