How to manage your time, we’ll try to learn and focalize our attention on have skills in time management, time … I have no plenty of time, I have many things to do… , but a great mini trick I had was with a person casually met on a meeting…

You need a thing to do first I knew many people lose time not doing this.

The first thing to do is focusing on your life on “What you want to be?”
and then ask you “what I need to reach what I want to be?” “What abilities I need?”
Go back (from the picture you have in mind) untill arrive at yourself at this moment and You have now “the way of Your Life”.

Your primary intention is try to have a balanced life, see every single spectrum of your life and do the same assignments body health, family, wealth…

How to increase
Focus your attention on every aspect, every day look carefully at your goals and begin your day with a little action that make you happy and satisfied and then add another one and the next… Yes! This little thing may be a part of your goal, a little great step to your success. Do a little thing that you can do then and there, if not, divided it in a small chunks.

Each day designate a section of your time and during this time do only what you are doing ;-) (no telephone, no television, no chatting and e-mails)

The nature shows us that exists high and low moments in life, like we said “we are human”, we cannot stay every day in every way at the maximum level of productivity, we’ll need flexibility, if we have a problem we can do a brainstorm to find the solution we search, talk to others (family, friends…) to extract different points of view; but we need take quick decision and fast action.

The person I met on the meeting told me about his magic task he do to increase his time job
and what he told me I applied on every task I do, it’s very simple, and it can be put into practice by anyone:
He had no time to do all the things he have to do, stress, job, many… he observed himself when he was at work and he saw that when he was thinking or take leave from fantasies the time ends ups very soon, doing nothing; and while he was without stress doing his tasks with attention in himself and, in the same breathe, on the flow of time, he do more and more things.

The trick ( but it’s not a trick, is how our mind works) I use and implement every day is go in a state of attention and while you are completely absorbed on your job take a look and a hook (link) to the watch, perceiving the time goes by from time to time, you’ll perceive an expansion of the time and you’re be able to do more things efficiently. Be serious with a little fantasy doing everyday what I explained, you’ll see great results.

Emotions ride with us throughout the day no matter where we are, what we do, whom we communicate with, or where we work. When these emotions are positive, when we have a smile on our face, and we outwardly express our positive attitude towards everyone we meet, the day is full of joy. When negative emotions rule the day, however, the opposite occurs. We unknowingly transmit these negative emotions through our facial expression, through our body language, and through our voice tone. Negative vibes are even noticed when you speak on the phone which is a fact that telemarketing sales companies are very aware of. If you don’t believe this, just try a little experiment by placing a mirror in front of you, pretend to make a call to a friend, and while you are speaking, smile. Your voice tone changes, and your warmth is reflected outward. Now, do the same with a frown on your face, or at a time when you are feeling overwhelmed, and you’ll see the difference (the mirror shows a smiling, happy face), and hear the difference in your tone.

This little exercise should convince you that when you start your day out feeling upset, or frustrated, the negative emotion will be reflected in every circumstance and to all those you meet whether in person or on the phone. So, if these negative emotions are dominant, what can you do as a stress relief technique?

While relief from stress techniques vary, one of the best is through exercise. This exercise can be anything from jogging, brisk walking, and using a treadmill, skating and so on. Other forms of stress relief, for some people, comes in the form of listening to relaxing music, or preparing a meal, or enjoying the time spent when engaged in a favourite hobby, or reading inspirational poems. And, while all of these options are available, there is an even stronger method available that you have complete control over and can be used at anytime, and in any location. This method, simply stated, is choice.

You have the choice to decide; you can choose to let issues rule your thoughts and control how you react. You have the option to choose how you will react to any given situation. No one else controls your emotions but you. So, why would you let an external situation control how you feel? You don’t have to.

If something said to you starts to annoy you, take action to resolve it in a calm way rather than lashing out at everyone or everything. This kind of displaced emotion serves to do nothing more than give credence that you are not in control of your own emotions. Lashing out never solves anything. All it does do is give you even more additional stress from the response of those you lashed out against. Now, the emotional hole is only getting deeper and deeper with no ladder visible in order for you to climb out.

Your emotions never take a vacation; they are always with you from dawn till dusk. If these negative emotions remain unresolved, they will begin to affect your health, those around you, and all those you will meet. They will go with you in the car, at work, grocery shopping, or speaking to your children or spouse. Take control; you do have the choice. Do it for your health!
